Catania City Highlights Walking Tour

Enjoy Catania, “the black city” named after the colour of lava rock, on this amazing walking tour. We will discover the city highlights: the Duomo square and the legend behind the elephant, symbol of Catania. We will visit the amazing fish market and the colourful via Gisira. We will visit a secret cave where a part of the river, buried by the eruption of 1669, still flows and the hidden district of San Berillo with its beautiful murales.

Taormina City Highlights Walking Tour and Ancient Theatre

Taormina is known as the pearl of Sicily. Amazing views. Fabulous architecture. Ancient and modern history through the narrow streets of this picturesque village. The departure point is Porta Catania, where we will start our exciting tour by walking around the city’s main monuments, such as Cathedral Square and the iconic Piazza IX Aprile, from where you can admire one of the most beautiful views of Taormina: the sea and Etna together. We continue through the colourful alleyways and flowered balconies to arrive at another Roman monument: the Naumachie. We will continue to the city park (Villa Comunale), where we will appreciate the calm and beauty of this beautiful green space. Our tour will end at the ancient theatre, which has lost none of its charm. This tour last 2 hours.

Syracuse, Archaeological Park and Walking Tour in Ortigia

Guided tour of the Archaeological Park including the main attractions: the Greek theatre, the quarries (Latomie), of which the most famous is the Ear of Dionysius, the Roman amphitheatre. You will travel through the history of this amazing town known all around the world. After visiting the park, we move on to Ortigia city centre. We will start our enchanting walk at the heart of Ortigia from Apollo’s Temple. We will see the fabulous Fountain of Diana, the majestic cathedral that was once a temple. Our tour stops near the Fountain of Arethusa, where we will end the tour by relating the myth of the two lovers. This tour lasts 4 hours (park + Ortigia). Archaeological park only: 2 hrs.
