The accommodation has been recently fully renovated and consists of: two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a balcony, and one room with two single beds and a window. Both rooms have wardrobes, hangers, and lamps. There is a living room with a comfortable two-seater sofa bed and access to the balcony. Additionally, folding beds can be added to extend the number of places up to 7/8. The accommodation is located in a building on the 6th floor with an elevator and stairs. The equipped kitchen is fully comfortable: tables, cookware, utensils, children’s plates and glasses, oven, fridge, and freezer. You will have access to a convenient laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and an extra bathroom with a WC and sink. The main bathroom has a shower, bidet, and all necessary accessories for your stay, including bath towels and hand towels. From the balcony, you can admire the port and the domes of Baroque Catania, the old neighborhood, and spectacular sunsets. Special attention is given to safety and prevention. The apartment is equipped with a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, hand sanitizer, and masks.
